Laurie Jittoo is a professional with several years of experience in multiple areas of IT. She has worked in Canada and abroad for companies operating in a wide range of industries. She came up with the idea of Tacos and Waffles and she is the driving force behind this business concept.

José Cantú is a problem solver with a solid record delivering innovative business solutions using information systems. He has automated processes, reduced complexity and improved operations. He is currently providing his experience and skills to transform Tacos and Waffles from a business idea to a successful company.
